André Olschewski is the new Water, Environmental Management and Spatial Planning Specialist at Skat (Swiss Resource Centre and Consultancies for Development).

André Olschewski has more than 15 years of experience in strategy development, programme management and consultancy in the fields of water supply and water resource management, among others. He has been engaged in integrated settlement planning, groundwater and watershed protection and water supply projects in Switzerland, Zambia, Malawi, and Tanzania, and was involved as expert for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Romania and Mongolia.
