Pre- Paid Water Meters are Maintenance nightmare should you install them in Informal Settlement. They are far to costly to warrant being installed in areas where you will not recieve your capital investment back. Secondly until the manufacturers bring in a Management System that can intergrate with other manufacturers Management Systems. They will have any Local Authority by the short and curlys and can change and update technology anytime as well as prices on units and there is nothing the Municipalities can do.

People in this beautiful country of us is the cause of our own down fall they know that SA's water resources are limited and it is getting worse if we do not look after this precious commodity and protect it which is a life savings gift to all of us, millions of citizens will starve to death in the distant future.
