What a great idea. Ok so one needs net access but once the word gets out, the opinions/experiences of many can add to the practical appliction of ideas, methodology and technology in the development context.

Maybe the developed world might catch on. :-)

BTW- I have seen it cast in stone that water, sanitation and hygiene DO improve the health and welfare of folks. Getting there is the question.
