Prince Talal announced the establishment of a special fund to support projects for the preservation and development of freshwater resources. The Arab Gulf Programme for United Nations Development Organizations (AGFUND), of which the Prince is the President, has donated US$ 1 million (EUR 869,868) to this water fund.
