R. Mukami Kariuki, Senior Water and Sanitation Specialist of the Water and Sanitation Program-Africa (WSP-AF) in Nairobi, will be joining the Energy and Water Department of the World Bank in Washington from 1 Aug 2002. She will continue to focus on pro-poor aspects of water and sanitation, while extending her collaboration with WSP. François Munger joined the WSP-AF team in Abidjan at the end of Jun 2002 to work as a Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Specialist. Arie Istandar has joined the Jakarta WSP office as a Water and Sanitation Engineer for the WASPOLA project (see under Projects).
