Lebanon will pass privatization laws for its telephone, electricity and water companies before a crucial end of the year meeting with international donors, Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri said on 4 Jul 2002. "The laws on the privatization of landline telephones, electricity and water will be voted on before the Paris II meeting," Hariri said at an Arab banking conference.
